POWER FLO by Tapco is a synthetic hydraulic fluid that provides a safe working environment that conventional mineral oil based hydraulic fluids can't match. Recommended use is virtually unlimited. Where high temperature, environment or equipment is concerned, this product is the perfect solution. It typically replaces conventional mineral oil or products claiming fire resistance. Power Flo is practical for applications where hydraulic piping/hoses may rupture and spray hydraulic fluid onto hot surfaces where mineral oil based fluids would ignite and cause severe hazard to personnel and equipment. Use POWER FLO where there are high pressures (up to 7000 psi) or a low pressure system is having problems running on conventional water glycol. This is a Group 1 Factory Mutual approved fluid and is approved by the Canadian Centre for Mineral and Energy Technology (CANMET) for use in underground mining applications. POWER FLO may be used in mobile equipment where fires are a concern, aquaculture, agriculture, stationary hydraulic systems in the steel, die casting, forging industries or foundries.
